This Summer Solstice, join yoga teacher Alison Norris and jewellery designer and maker Catherine Cox at Hillside for an afternoon that weaves together yoga, reflection, creativity, and rest.
 

We’ll begin by dropping into the body through gentle, somatic movement - reconnecting with sensation, with breath, and with the quiet intelligence of the body.

 

From there, you’ll be guided through an optional reflective journaling practice, inspired by the energy of the season. It will be a moment to acknowledge what is full, what is flourishing, and what might be ready to soften.
 

Then, alongside Catherine, you’ll create your own hand-stamped and textured silver or brass pendant. A small, tangible talisman of this moment in the year.

 

There will be homemade seasonal tea, space to create at your own pace, and we’ll close with restorative yoga - allowing everything to settle, soften, and integrate.
