ANTENATAL YOGA-BASED CLASS
11th August 2023

Rosie from The Daisy Foundation Uckfield will be putting on a summer special yoga-based class for pregnant Mums with a view to running weekly classes in August if there is demand.
 

This special Summer session will take place Hillside Wellness, Nutley, surrounded by woodland and nature - the perfect place to enjoy some me-time and connect with bump.
 

The session will be an hour long with time at the end for a chat and chance to get to know other Mums-to-be.

All movements in the class are designed with benefits for Mum, such as easing pregnancy ailments, creating a hammock for baby, and aiding lymphatic drainage.

PILATES AND GYROTONIC WORKSHOP
13th August 2023

Come and join Helen & Stephanie for an immersive workshop for the mind and body.
 

In this workshop we will explore different techniques from Pilates, Gyrotonic and other movement forms.

Slow down, breathe and move with us so you can connect back to yourself and to nature.

 

The morning will bring balance and harmony to your day as well as enjoying a little bit of cake in between.

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING TASTER AND PILATES WORKSHOP
2nd September 2023

Come and discover the newest training area at Hillside Wellness

The natural outdoor gym is a breath of fresh air from your usual gym workout, surrounded by trees. 

During the afternoon you will receive training from highly experienced personal trainer Luc Best, then after an energy-oosting break and snack, you can expect to take your Pilates to new levels in this hour long class where you will have a chance to look at different moves a little closer, and ask any questions you would like.
